Denise Sabala Dance Studios (DSDS) has been in the Lake Zurich area for over 37 years. The studio offers a staff with highly qualified backgrounds and degrees in all styles of dance. DSDS is also home to the award winning dance team, Denise Sabala Dance Company (DSDC) which performs and participates annually in the McDonalds Thanksgiving Day Parade broadcasted on WGN/Channel 9.
Services
DSDS has been in the Lake Zurich area for 44 years. Previous locations include Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, and Orland Park. The studio offers a staff with highly-qualified backgrounds and degrees in all styles of dance. DSDS is also home to the award-winning dance team Denise Sabala Dance Company (DSDC).
We do not observe school holidays. All other studio closings(snow days, cold days etc) will be issued make-ups and announced via email when applicable. Important Notice: All Students will be placed according to their degree of accomplishment, strength and ability. The correct class is most important for proper advancement of each individual student.

I know very little about dance, but the instructors here seem to know their stuff and do a good job with the kids, especially the younger ones just starting out. My impression is that​ it's a pretty serious school, though perhaps not elite? Having attended several of their recitals, I know they do an excellent job; there are a lot of dedicated and talented kids that come out of this studio.
