From start (store visit and quote) to finish (installation), it's been a wonderful experience! We love the windows themselves, the communication has been swift and complete and the installers, Sean, Jeremy and David were on time, professional and personable! They absolutely did a wonderful job! We highly recommend to others! We chose Willow Window for the price, the quality of the product and, most importantly that Willow was the distributer and installer. Overall, an excellent experience!

The skilled workmen that replaced my very large dining room windows with new installation, also did the vinyl application to our soffits and fascia board around the home. Not only were these men courteous and respectful of their surroundings, either working in the dining room or outside around the shrubs and bushes that they had to navigate, but managed to keep their work areas neat and picked up either inside in the dining room or outdoors.
We are very pleased with the quality of the products we received as well as the excellent Customer Service that we experienced from their workmen and staff

Everything about our door and window project (despite some annoying "supply chain" delays) was top notch, from start to finish. The quality of the products and workmanship met and exceeded our expectations. The individuals doing the work were professional, courteous, responsive and communicated well. If you are looking for the absolute best care from a very professional and seasoned team that plans to take care of you like you're family, look no further. Michael Story along with others at Willow Window made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. Michael even double checked a few weeks after instillation to make sure our windows met code, that's service! They turned a pretty stressful situation (involving another company) into a painless and reassured process that allowed me to sleep well at night. I would recommend Willow Window to anybody looking to replace windows or doors

Excellent job. I love my new windows. The employees were on time and worked hard. The cleanup afterwards was great. They vacuumed the floors around the windows and cleaned the windows. The employees were nice and personable. Thank you Adam, Jamie and Katie and the other guys (sorry I did not remember all the names.) Wonderful job.
