What stared as a summer internship, turned into full time employment in the Transportation Division of Tri Transport, Inc. Not long after, Nick advanced to Operations Manager with fewer than 75 power units. A partnership was formed with James & Diane Telles and Dominic "Nick" and Sally Carlucci. Telles Transport, Inc. was formed.
