In 2000, the shop was moved to a larger location, capable of handling the growning needs of it's customers. My MacBook Air suddenly powered off and refused to turn on. I originally brought it to apple, waited for almost two hours just to told that I need to send it in for prepare. The cost would be about $479 total. I did not the time to wait since I need for school. I found computer tech through yelp and decided to give it a try. My experience was very disappointing. Long story short, he was supposed to replace the battery, after two weeks, I get the laptop, and the new battery doesn't take a charge, so I send it back, and the guy is like sometimes we get bad batteries, so he takes like two more weeks to put in the new battery, I go to pick it up and the guy in the reception is so rude, and I'm like at least be respectful for making me wait 4 weeks.
Update: 11/14/2021.
The battery had stoped working 4 months ago. I figured out how to open up the laptop to take a look. The protective covers were not on some of the parts

The staff is extremely helpful. I cracked the screen of my touchscreen laptop. Instead of replacing my screen (which would have been very expense) he offered to disable the touchscreen feature. I am not tech savvy so, I am so grateful he was able to show me how to do that. From my 5 minute experience, I can tell the business has integrity and cares for the customer. Will definitely come back if I have any other issues and recommend to my friends.

They didn't just order me a new LCD for my laptop when I came in, the owner dismantled my computer to ensure that it wasn't just a bad connection to save me the cost and time. When it was found that indeed it needed a new screen, he ordered it at the best price and only charged a resale/labor charge (all within 3 days). This place is awesome and very kind. Go.

This place is honestly to best place where you could take your laptop. Leo was the one that helped me and he went above amd beyond with his service. I'm a college student majoring in electrical engineering so I kinda need my laptop at all times. He fixed that same day and honestly hooked it up with the price. Don't waste your time going to other places where they are just going to scam you. He's honest and he would take care of you. Thank me later.

Brought in an 11 year old IMAC desk top that had been diagnosed at the Apple Genius Bar with a crashed hard drive. Got a quote by next day and fixed with upgrades to the hard drive, RAM, internal vacuum, and total data migration to the new drive. Fantastic service and reasonable too. They should be a GO TO choice for an ailing computer! AD

Ash is an absolute wizard with my beloved old Mac computer. He and his talented staff have brought it back from the brink of the tech heap multiple times. They've also saved my printer and a tablet too.

Had a cracked screen on my iPhone X and received a quote on Yelp at a reasonable price ($90). I brought it in and they had it fixed for me on the same day just a few hours later. They did not try to sell me anything else, and they were kind enough to make sure that the face ID is still functional before returning it to me. It was a very nice experience as other repair shops I went to tried to charge me for double the price! I would come here again (:

I have a 2011 Macbook that had given me problems over the past couple years with many issues such as unexpected shutdowns, quick battery drainage, or the fan running like crazy, but the biggest issue was it would boot to a gray screen and be unusable.
Found Computech on yelp, called and they said to bring it in. They held it for about a week to assess it and diagnosed what they believed to be the issue and charged me a reasonable fee.
Took it home, and after a couple days, same problems started occurring.
Took it back, they held it for another week, tried a different solution, and we took it

My Apple MacBook Pro was water damaged due to water bottle leak in a backpack and Leo was able to provide a very reasonable quote with no work no charge attitude in 1hour. The laptop was fixed in 2 days with full recovered of software applications and data. I think this shop is truly a professional computer service and highly highly recommended.

When our desktops both broke within two weeks of each other, we had no choice but to immediately take it in. We dropped it off as soon as they opened on a weekday and a few hours later the screen was fixed. For our second computer due to parts we had to wait less than 24 hours. What I really appreciated was their honesty and being straight

I walked in and they quickly fixed my iPhone screen, and charged me the best price out of all of the other places for it. There is also a $10 off coupon on Yelp that you can use. In addition; they are professional and kind. I will be bringing my laptop here for repair as well and when we need to do any computer upgrades.
Oh and the plaza where they are located has plenty of parking, including in front of the store itself.
I have no complaints and highly recommend you all going to this local place to fix your phone or computer. Thank you, guys.
