Go Glass Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

This is my story. I bought an used car (in good condition) and noticed that the windshield was cracked. My dealership told me (someone who has no car knowledge) to get it checked out because it can spread and break. I scheduled an appointment with this company and I have to admit, it is hard nowadays to meet kind hearted people. But in this company you will find those people!! We received a chip in the windshield of our sprinter motorhome so we called Go Glass and lucky us the repairman was in the area and was at our home within 20 minutes. The repair was completed fast and perfect! I highly recommended this company! Not only were they professional and competent the price was much better than others. The price was $60.00 complete at our house which was awesome with us. You can't even tell we had a ding in it at all! Thank you Go Glass!

Excellent customer service!!!! I had a star in my windshield and my insurance company goes through safelite but they had a 2 week wait. I called go glass and they were able to get me in the same day, billed my insurance company, and did the repair in 20 minutes, while I waited.
If your insurance company goes through safelite, definitely call go glass and see if they can help you!! Don't wait because the star can spread!! And if you have to pay out of pocket, the cost to repair was very reasonable.

Had a small chip in my windshield from a pebble on highway... This happend before and I waited too long and lost my whole windshield so I knew I had to act fast. Was in Ocean City Maryland so we looked up and found Go glass in Berlin. Couldn't even tell their was anything ever wrong with the windshield after he got done and it was much more reasonable than it would of been at Safe Light. I've used Go Glass several times and never had a problem. Today was groundhogs day, whatever could go wrong either did or tried to, but Deshon went above and beyond what I would normally consider outstanding customer service! A big thank you and I'll see you again next time, I do have a Wrangler after all.

I wanted to write a review on Yelp, too! I unfortunately cracked my windshield while on the highway and I was able to get a same-day appointment. The crack was fixed right in front of me, which was super neat to see! Professional people, super kind. Totally worth visiting, they saved me so much money and hassle!! Thank you guys so much.

Ken came out in about an hour after my call to the Redlands location. Apparently, the chips on the 2 cars I had scheduled for repair were from prior repairs (not theirs). Both cars were my son's so I didn't know the history. Ken stated there was no need to repair either as they would not crack. He offered to "fix" one that was more visible if I wanted to for cosmetic purposes but there was no need. I declined. And the 2nd car would have been discounted. So, I came away with $0 cost! So I had the windshield in my Toyota 4Runner replaced by Go Glass in March of 2017. After 3 different chips in the windshield, I decided it was time for a new one. This time, I had a different company come out through my insurance and when they removed the windshield they showed me the damage. When Go Glass took out the windshield, they cut the inside channel damaging it so that it would be more difficult or impossible for the rubber molding to secure again. Needless to say I am upset! How would one know this happened unless they were standing there at the time AND knew what can and cannot

Got a bullseye crack on my windshield on a Saturday headed out of town. Called them the next day to have them come out and fix it and they were quick. They offered a quicker response time than I originally anticipated. They gave me a time frame of when a tech might come out to fix it. Ken called me and let me know when he would be there the day of , and fixed it for me in less than 20 minutes and I couldn't even tell there was ever a crack on my windshield. Awesome service. Very professional, polite, and good at what they do. Well worth the value.

This is my second time going to Go Glass. The 1st time I had my windshield replaced. Recently I went in to get a chip filled. I went in and the owner gave me a piece of helpful information regarding my car insurance. In the end, my insurance ended up paying for the chip in my windshield without me paying a deductible or having it counting against me on my insurance.
Both times that I have gone to this location I always receive the best customer service. I highly recommend them!

Deshon did an amazing job on my windshield replacement and he was quick, too! I was in and out of there in less than an hour on a Saturday and they had a better price than some of their competitors. They also have a lifetime warranty on their product. I highly recommend this shop.

Omg this place was amazing! So I was driving to work on the freeway and like many people, a rock hits my windshield and caused a double chip. I knew I needed to get it repaired right away before it got bigger and because I had literally just replaced my whole windshield 6 months ago, didn't want to go through all that again. I spoke to a very nice young lady and I was SHOCKED that she was able to get me a same day appointment, and she could have someone come to me from Redlands to Riverside within a couple of hours! I had gotten a tiny chip on my windshield right before New Years and requested a quote from Go Glass. I received an email immediately after and was told they could have someone out that day, which surprised me since it was NYE. I wasn't available so we scheduled for another day. I was given a two hour window (9-11) on a Saturday. Ken gave me a call right at 9 to give me a heads up he was coming (which I appreciate). He was friendly and helped me with insurance as well, cause I didn't know they covered it. He was done within 20 minutes

I want to update my review although it took awhile for me to do it. I can honestly say, they did a good job correcting their mistakes. I had a bad encounter with their receptionist but Ken was amazing. He immediately called me, booked me in to get my glass fixed immediately and gave me a discount. They do run a good business here and take care of their patrons especially the ones who comes back. It's indeed an overall a good quality service for me. They did a good job redeeming me from my unpleasant experience. I would definitely give this place a Five stars. Thanks for accommodating me.
