After being a loyal customer for 7+ years, recieved a shipment of printed bags that were not of same quality and defected. As such, made a complaint but was met with hostility before being given partial credit. This was not the end of bad customer service. When the time came to reorder, 5 months later, they told us then they would no longer service my company and we have to find a new supplier last minute - knowingly screwed us over. Bad business practices, I would avoid.
