I called Hockers because I had a problem with a drainage back-up in a washing machine I had recently installed in my rental property. I was out of town. I called them because they had installed a water heater for me last year. Due to a cancellation they were able to respond to my service request almost immediately. The technicians could not pinpoint a reason for the back-up but systematically flushed as much water down the drain line as possible to see if they could replicate the problem. I was told that it was most likely a temporary clog. They left a point of contact for someone who specializes

Called the day before, told them not urgent and they said they would be there between 9 and 1 the next day and they were there at 9. Serviceman was very professional and gave us some good hints on using a garbage disposal - what not to put down it and how to do it. Great. Thanks.

The service person Robert was excellent. He explained things well as to what he was doing and why. He walked through how to use the new heater and how to read the codes on the control box. He hauled away the old tank and cleaned up the area he had worked in. Hockers got us taken care of faster than if I had tried to do myself. I appreciate the good service and their excellent employees. I will use again.

We have called Hockers for our plumbing issues for 19 years. They have always been curious, friendly and very reliable.
I had a plumbing issue yesterday and they were here today. I had a scheduling conflict today. I called them early and told the friendly ladies at the office. She got ahold of the plumber he switched his schedule to fit me in earlier.
Thank you very much for your outstanding service over the years. You want to call these people. You won't regret it.

Excellent service, quality workmanship, fair prices and timely scheduling are reasons an excellent rating. They schedule an appointment with you on the first call. Workers show up on-time, carefully listen, are diligent and clean up any messes. We have done some remodeling and have had Hockers out several times. Would recommend to any residential customers.
