This is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process which uses a continuously fed tubular electrode containing a flux and a constant voltage power supply. Valley Park Welding fabricated the balcony in shop per customers blue prints. Installed and fabricated the railings, stringers, and steps on location to fit the proper slope and design of the concrete.

Dustin was such a great people person/ professional! He took care of my Family truck in time of need. He took time away from his family at night to come take care of my grandpa’s truck. I just took my boat in Wednesday to get a large hole patched and few cracks fixed. I was hoping to have it for the weekend, but not expecting it considering the short notice. They had it done for me the next day. The welds look solid and the price was fair. If I ever need any welding in the future, I'll definitely go back.

I called Valley Park welding to weld on a appliance i have at my house. A welder showed up and did a nice job but had issues welding a particular piece. The welder & Dustin Hewkin fabricated a custom made part and decided to try to weld everything together the next day. They did show back up but was still unable to complete the job 100%. They said that the metal they were welding on must have been "special" and to call the manufacture and ask them what kind of metal they are welding on. Dustin told me he would personally return to correct whatever the manufacture suggested and finish the job.

I had a cage for an industrial fan that needed some repair welds done. I had already gone over the details at VP welding and at the last minute I decided to swing by and see if they could work me in. This was 3:45 on a Friday afternoon mind you. Since I just came in without any appointment set, I was totally prepared to be told it wouldn't get done within that day. I just figured it was worth a try since my place of work was about 2 miles away. Instead, Dustin and the guys fixed me right up and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I contacted Valley Park Welding through a CraigsList ad for the repair of a mower deck. Emails responses were fast, polite and professional.
Weld of the mower deck bracket had a beautiful bead and was done while I waited (about 15 minutes) and the cost was very reasonable.
All the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
