Immediate support is available with the help of remote software. All our remote sessions are fully encrypted and require a one-time use code. If issues cannot be resolved remotely, we can send one of our skilled technicians onsite to address any issues. Same day emergency support is available for all our business clients unless parts are required to finish a job.

Joe and the rest of the staff at C & H PC are amazing! They have gone over and beyond assisting us with all of our technological needs along with training our staff on how to work with it! They’ve been available to us every time when we’ve come across something we needed assistance with! I highly recommend them for any and all services..even an upgraded phone system!!

As the Town Clerk of the Town of Shelby I have been very happy with our IT service from C&H PC. We have been with C & H PC for several years. I have peace of mind knowing we have the best! They are only a phone call away, very quick to come to the office if it is something that can not be fixed remotely. They are up on all securities for our computers which is so important in this day and age. The staff from C & H PC are very, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would not think of going anywhere else for our computer services.

As a Town of Shelby Deputy Clerk for over 20 years, I've seen IT companies come and go but the one that stands above everyone else is C&H PC. We always get a voice when we call but on the rare occasion we leave a message, our calls are returned promptly. The employees of C&H are knowledgeable and very personable. No question goes unanswered. C&H PC is simply the best.

Even though we have moved far out of the WNY area, we wouldn't have any other computer professionals than C & H PC! They are beyond incredible! We have been clients with them for years, and are so happy with and thankful for their invaluable remote access, and that we can still take advantage of their professionalism, expertise, and graciousness!
