I recently had a kitchen countertop installed by Mogastone and I absolutely love it! This is a family run business and I can’t say enough about their guidance, professionalism and experience from start to finish. They were so knowledgeable in helping me select the stone and the personnel that came out to measure and install were first rate. They graciously answered all my questions and there were many. Mogastone went above and beyond to help us remove existing kitchen countertops, replace with new, and also helped ensure every cut they made fit, and would be perfectly flush with the new sink / cooktop we wanted to add.

I could not be more pleased with Mogastone. They were incredibly fair in their pricing and quality of work was amazing. Each of their employees that we interacted with took pride in their work and cared about our satisfaction with the outcome. Communication with their front desk staff was timely and efficient. And attention to detail from templating to install was impeccable. We had them do kitchen countertops for a remodel. Before our work was even complete, we already started making referrals and we'll definitely continue to do so now that their work is done. We will also go back to them again

We recommend Mogastone to anyone who is looking to update their bathroom or kitchen or any countertop for that matter. They are an amazing family owned company, which we loved. They also do things the right way and they really know their stuff. They took their time and educated us on our options and gave their expert opinions when we were making our choices. Worse customer service experience in years! Mogastone would not tell us price per sf installed - they wanted to quote a 'job price'. We would select a material and the salesperson keep saying it is 'in this price range'. We selected a granite and quartz option. Took us outside to look at remnants because we only needed about 20 sf for two vanities. *Turned out they could not provide us with quartz except for 3 types they have in stock. *Said granite or quartz remnants were same price so no savings, *They declined to order quartz for us, saying it didn't make sense

Working with Mogastone was simple, seamless and so easy. We selected the slab of granite we wanted, they visited our home to template the countertops, and they installed them a few days later. The workmanship was superb and most importantly, working with them was easy. We put our home on the market shortly after and all of the potential buyers raves about the countertops. We could not have been happier with Mogastone and I'd highly recommend them.

I previously wrote a scalding review about our experience with Mogastone. However, I am replacing it with this review because the actual owner has been incredible. When we first went here, a staff person said she was the owner. The actual owner was on maternity leave. When she read our review last week she call my husband Jim immediately. She was sincerely sorry about what happened to us and asked us to come back and they would have a new slab cut and ready for Jim to pick up which replaces the one that failed before we even got it out of our truck. As promised, the piece was ready this morning

We visited Mogastone on a Friday during our lunch break. While there, we picked out the granite we liked, the sink, and the type of edge. Since we live close by the store, the owner was able to come out and measure (small kitchen). He said they just got a new cutting machine and might have availability to get it done same-day. He said they would call and let us know. Two hours later they called and asked if they could come by and install it! By 6pm, our kitchen counters were in. The owner said that this was unusual and not to tell anyone. :)

We were forced to get new counter tops because our 20 year old stove top glass shattered and the sizes of all the new stoves are smaller than the opening cut in the existing counter. I got several estimates and Mogastone was the best value and the counter top looks great! The crew they sent installed the counter top quickly and professionally.
