I purchased a used car and a year later found out that the car fax report that I had been shown at the time of purchase was not accurate and the car I had purchased had been in several accidents and had an odometer rollback that should of been disclosed. Kevin helped me reach a settlement that I was pleased with. I was super pleased with my experience working with him. Kevin was super helpful with my case, which I thought was a lost cause. A shady dealership had voided warranties I'd paid for in 2015, pocketing the money. Kevin was able to recover the full amount that the dealership (which is now closed) had pocketed. He was super professional, patient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Kevin helped me with my case, a dealer sold me a car that didn’t go passed 45 mph and he gave me all my money back and made the dealer pay all the fees. Got this case done in 4 months. My experience with Kevin Faulk was outstanding! Kevin was always available and easy to reach. He is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has a high level of integrity. Kevin guided and advised me after I made an online vehicle purchase that went bad. The seller misrepresented the mileage and condition of the vehicle and my only recourse was to sue for fraudulent misrepresentation.
