Services
There's no getting around it - having your equipment break down is stressful. Whether you've got an office break room with no working coffee maker or a bar with a broken ice machine, you're not in the mood to be jerked around by the person doing your appliance repair work. At ICE DR., we can't prevent the stress that comes with broken equipment - but we can minimize the stress involved in getting it fixed.
Although most of our clients are commercial establishments, we have found that many of our residential customers have the same specialty appliances and equipment in their homes. In response, ICE DR.'s line of home appliance repair has become just as specialized as our commercial work. For our residential customers, we offer services for espresso machines and wine cellars.
ICE DR. repairs all major brands of home espresso machines. We stock a full line of parts for different models and manufacturers, which means fast turnaround times on espresso machine service and minimal downtime for you. One of our highly trained technical specialists will give your espresso maker a full evaluation, then repair and test it using the manufacturer's specifications.
Although traditional and super-automatic espresso machines differ somewhat in their maintenance routine, both are susceptible to limescale buildup. When water turns into steam, solid particles in the water fall to the bottom of the boiler or heat exchanger. Known as limescale, this buildup of deposits can cause various problems inside the espresso machine.
Now more than ever, people are treating their wine collection as an investment and not just as a fine accompaniment to a great meal. With ICE DR.'s wine cellar refrigerator repair service, we can help protect that investment, ensuring that your wine cellar's refrigeration system is working properly and maintaining the correct temperature and humidity levels at all times.

I run a Subway restaurant and discovered a leak coming from our ice machine. I called this guy up and he was out writing 24 hours. He let me know what he saw, how much the part was and when he could get the part.
He was professional and communicated great. Price was fair.
Definitely have him in my phone for future use

I manage a cafe at a coffee roasting company. Rich at Ice Dr has helped us several times with different types of equipment. He has serviced our commercial espresso machine, our ice maker and helped us with refrigeration problems. He is very honest, fair, and is an excellent problem solver. I have recommended his services to other businesses owners.
