Fantastic experience and friendly with a willingness to help. Went in for trim oil for my boat motor and after explaining my fluid issue I got help on the best way to drill and fill. Told me it might take 2 or 3 times to clear up the fluid and best to get 2 bottles. After the 3rd time the fluid is perfect. Thank you OPC.

Called looking for some parts (they had them in stock woot woot)
Also had some questions (some simple some more difficult)
They was quick to help me, and they didn’t make me feel like I was bugging them which was a relief , Id reach out on a limb here and say this company is here to help the marine community and it’s not just about the bottom line.

This company has serviced my outboard several times. I brought it in for service again and they stated they no longer work on Mercury 9.9. I asked for a referral and they sent me up the road to some DUMP that looks like they couldn't put together a 10 piece puzzle. This is a company that puts repeat customers in the dumpster. BEWARE!

I brought my older Jon boat in for service and other than waiting 4 weeks in line I was impressed by how thorough they were calling asking questions and going out of their way to set up the boat to exactly what I wanted. They were very reasonable for the work completed. Then after Picking up my boat I had operator issues Jeremy went about and beyond to make sure I was educated and happy. I would definitely bring my mercury here again.

This place is a joke. They are bunch of slime balls that think they can talk to people like dirt. I would sink my boat before I ever let them touch it.
I thought maybe I caught them on a bad day so I asked around with people I know and it seems that I can't find anyone that like these guys.
Save some money and a headache and visit one of the two other boat shops within 5 miles of this place.
