This place is a joke! They don’t take care of their patients! My dad got pushed there only 1 month after he started living there! He had dementia. Broke his hip… sadly he passed away less then 2 months of him going to the hospital. The trauma was to much for him and he was young. Don’t send your relatives or friends there! Low quality care! I blame them for hurting my dad!

Only giving it one star because the residents are wonderful and have no where else to go. The facility and management are absolutely horrible. If you work there it will wreak havoc on your personal life, and harassesed incessantly to cover shifts and work crazy hours with no one to help you. Only one person (not the DON) ever offered to help on a med pass. Med passes are never done on time for the residents. A lot of lazy workers, but a few amazing ones that hang in there for the residents. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to work at or to send a loved one to,

Terrible management system, does not give any kind of verbal warnings and lets staff go without cause or reason. The residents are the sweetest people in the world who unfortunately have no where else to go. You are badgered to work overtime, texted constantly and hunted down on the unit by the scheduler CONSTANTLY because no one wants to work their shift (no wonder why!)
