The People at BFL are the Best at Customer Service! They are always on-top of my projects. I have been using BFL now for 9 years now and they have never let me down. They continue to exceed my expectations on every Job I hand them. It seems even my smallest of Jobs are handled with the same attention of details they do to my monster size Jobs. I met the owner, James Older, he is a stand-up guy! He is my main go-to-guy as I have shopped them in the past several times for pricing with other companies and I can not find anyone that handles world class customer service and the best pricing available

We just recently did a new banner design for our trade shows. I was a little skeptical because it was going to be such a big print with little time to make changes. Matt was very helpful and the banner came out amazing. Colors matched perfectly and was a great hit.
