The application fee it $20 per applicant. Every person 18 years of age and older wanting to reside on the property is considered an applicant and must submit an application in full, along with the corresponding application fee, before any applications can be considered. What are the qualifications for being approved for a property (how much money do I have to make)?
In order to make the application process easier, review the Leasing Qualifications. The Application Process. Each prospective tenant 18 years of age or older, who wishes to reside in one of our apartments or houses, must submit a separate application in full. Co-signers must also submit a complete application.
A completed and signed application to be received from each person 18 years of age or older. Everyone 18 years of age or older must be a lease holder. Self-employed prospective residents must provide tax returns from the previous 2 years for salary verification. Bank accounts, stocks, bonds and other forms of assets may also be used to verify the financial status of a prospective resident.
You may choose the standard monthly rent payment option with rent being due on the 1st or the 15th of each calendar month. This is a bi-weekly plan that lets you match your rent closer to your payday. Please know that overall you will pay more during the course of the calendar year for the convenience and extra processing.
Below is a list of numbers and/or websites that you may need to call to set up residency in your new home or while you are living there. These include utility companies and numbers to contact in case of emergency. In an emergency situation, residents sometimes forget that it is of no help to try to contact the owner or manager, who is not always able to be reached outside of office hours.

I've only been a tenant for a few weeks now but; I can already tell that REO and I are going to have a good relationship. The day I signed my lease (on a Friday) I found a few things that needed checking out in my apartment and Jilly had the owner checking them out on a Monday. That's what I call a quick response. Also, I like the idea of being rewarded for being a good tenant. It gives me the initiative to pay my rent on time and to take good care of my apartment.

Real Estate Options has done an excellent job of maintaining my rental property in Freeport Illinois. The apartments are filled even in the tough economy of Freeport. Each month I receive a a large packet that contains a letter outlining the status of my property and all the receipts for the month.
