We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our West Ashley, Charleston chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
Dr. Adams treats patients on a physical, chemical, and emotional level. He works with you to find the root cause of your condition and assess all aspects of your health. Because of the individual care Dr. Adams places in each treatment plan the new patient exam is broken down into two visits; the "Initial Exam" and the "Report of Findings".
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Matt Adams to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Matt Adams to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Motion Dynamics Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.

Until I found Dr. Adams, I was unable to walk any distance because of back pain. Since going to Dr. Adams, I have been able to go shop the entire day which I haven’t been able to do in at least three or four years as well as do my gardening. Also, one day when I arrived for a visit I had had a sinus headache for a couple of days. I told Dr. Adams and he relieved the congestion in my sinuses. He has given me back the quality of life I had longed for my retirement. I can’t begin to say enough good things about Dr. Adams. He is phenomenal!! What a difference Dr. Adams has made for me! I suffer from arthritis in my feet, knees, and back. The pain in my joints causes a lack of stability, general discomfort, and decreased activity. After my first visit, my knee pain was alleviated, and I had 90% strength back in that leg. My neck soreness and tension in my upper back have decreased drastically, and I am encouraged by the progress with each visit. My mobility is improving, and I’m so grateful. I cannot recommend Dr. Adams highly enough! He is very intuitive and has helped me gain back all mobility. He listens and takes what you say seriously. I thought I would have pain and limited range for the rest of my life after a very bad car accident, but now I am able to move without a hint of pain! Furthermore, I suffered from migraines my entire life, and no specialists or medication have been able to help with the issues. Dr. Adams' work has almost eliminated my headaches, and those headaches that I get as not as bad or debilitating as they used to be. A true miracle! He's also done wonders

What more I can say, Dr. Adams and his team are incredible! I am being treated by Dr. Adams for a neck injury. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking to feel better and regain/ improve function in your body. He treats conservatively and respectfully without a heavy-hand. His utilization of alternative therapies, like ultrasound and cold laser, have expedited my healing progress.
