At CSM insurance ,a company I've been with for very many years, You the consumer ALWAYS come before any profit, and I can tell you that yes they may make some money off of you as every business has a right to do, but not alot. They get so many long term customers that they make money in the long run not the short. This isn't your average, run of the mill, look at me I'm behind a desk , I can speak
