Guzzo Masonry has been in business since 1954. The company was started by Frank Guzzo when he came to this country after World War II. Frank learned the masonry trade from the best tradesmen this country had to offer. They were the Irish and German craftsmen who immigrated to this country decades before him.
These craftsmen were the cornerstone of this country's masonry industry with historical structures still standing today. After many years of serving his internship, he started his own company in 1954. He built a company with a signature of his family name. That name is still in existence today. Jerry Guzzo has been the head of the company since he took over in 1984.

Nobody should rely on caulks and sealants because over time, caulks and sealants always tend to fail from either movement, degradation from sunlight, or from temperature. Water is always bound to get behind any and every exterior cladding of a building. It doesn't matter if its brick, vinyl siding, stucco, stone, or EIFS, water will find a way through it.
Q: What is stucco? A: Stucco is a cement mixture used for siding homes. The cement is combined with water and inert materials such as sand and lime. Synthetic stucco finishes are becoming more and more popular as home owners and business desire the more extreme shapes and designs that can be stucco with synthetic stucco.
Redoing the stucco on my house that we just bought was a daunting task. Overall we knew there were issues from the inspection, and we knew there was work to be done. Jerry Guzzo provides a quote on the work and we worked together to determine timing. Jerry made a personal trip out to come see the house and chat through what needed to be done.
We are proud to say that unlike most of our competitors, we like our customers to be up to date and see first hand what steps we are taking to make sure our customers know that our work is being installed properly as per code and specifications. This leaves our company virtually transparent and allows our customers to have peace of mind that necessary steps are not being left out in order to try and reduce costs.

Similar to another complaint that I see online, Guzzo performed stucco and window caulking around their stucco in December 2019 at my home and the caulking has completely failed around the windows. After trying since June to speak with Jerry Guzzo, owner, he asked for pictures (which I sent) and he has been non-responsive to my 15 calls over the past 4 months. He believes that window caulk is my responsibility and I generally agree but not after only 18 months after he did his work that we paid over $20,000 for. I have other windows that were caulked several years earlier by another company and

I'd love to review the service of this business but I never got past the scheduler on the phone. She requested I send reports, photos, and estimates from other contractors before she would even schedule an estimate with them. I've received several different quotes with different approaches to our Dryvit problem and was really looking for this company's professional opinion as I'm obviously not a contractor. But it seemed they wanted me to provide them all the information upfront to basically give a "virtual" estimate instead of inspecting the property and problem.

Had an excellent experience with Guzzo Stucco and Jerry and his team! Snow, wind, and rain for weeks did not derail their follow up and service. Their expertise helped me to decide my best options. The result was a solid built front stucco entranceway rebuilt and restored to original. Very impressed and happy with the service and results from Guzzo Stucco- thank you!

I recently hired Guzzo Stucco to reface the exterior of an office building I own in Hammonton, NJ and they did an outstanding job. In addition to doing a great job they were extremely efficient and professional. The owner Jerry Guzzo and his son were both very much involved with the project from start to finish. I currently have other projects in the pipeline and will definitely be working with Guzzo Stucco moving forward.
