A chiropractic adjustment (aka a manipulation) is a manual procedure in which the chiropractic physician uses his hands, and in some instances an instrument, to move a joint through its proper range of motion using quick high velocity low amplitude movements. I went in with upper back pain. The paper work was simple. The Doctor was very professional and explained everything after the initial exam, before the adjustment, and told me what to expect. The adjustment was excellent! And I feel great, a huge improvement with just one visit... I will recommend them to others... And they are affordable to top it off.
