I am increasingly and repeatedly frustrated and disappointed with this "service."
We saw out tax preparer at the end of March so we would have ample time to review our return and see where we stood. I requested that the return be mailed to us. Understand that when the return is finished, it goes to the IRS/State immediately. We are verbally told what we owe, but are not able to see the return. In order to be in compliance, I sent in what we owed on time, still without seeing the return. As the time to file approached, I called and inquired where our return was. "Oh, we are
