It has been many years since I went to this physician. I sought treatment from her after receiving horrific treatment from a previous dermatologist who did not properly examine me. I had tunnels under my skin with painful lesions. She told me that I did not have tunnels and I was creating the lesions. She then diagnosed me with “delusional parasitosis “ and I should go to a psychiatrist. I pleaded with her, denying that I was causing harm to myself. In addition to the lesions, I also was being treated for a neuromuscular disease and rheumatoid arthritis. I returned to her again and she refused

Dr. Strow is a joke. She’s in the room barely 30 seconds before she is on to the next. She doesn’t care what you have to say. It is in one ear and out the other. She just wants the money and to see as many patients as possible instead of worrying about quality care. She told me this spot under my nose was an acne scar and to use mederma scar gel.. today that same spot just got diagnosed with Basel cell carcinoma . I’ve had this for 5-6 years with no answers assuming it was a scar. Looking into taking legal action. I wouldn’t recommend her if she was the last dermatologist on earth.

I've seen Dr. Strow for years. She has frozen off a couple of moles and for my keratosis pilaris. She is always quick and to the point, but she will explain things. However, let me tell you how she has come through for me in the last couple of months. In February I went to a walk in clinic thinking I had an allergic reaction. They told me it was folliculitis, I made a followup with Dr. Strow to make sure it was healing fine. She took one look at it and told me that wasn't it. She thought it was vasculitis. I had never heard of it and it's a rare disease. I've had persistent issues and saw her yesterday

Something has happened at this place. Originally we were very happy here but it quickly went from quality of patient care to quantity. It easily takes 4 months to even get an appointment and when you get there the Dr. may spend roughly 30 seconds with you. Staff is not very pleasant but that is undersandable when your running basically a dermatology mill. Is this the way you have to do things to make money? She would be good to read Jerry Maguire's mission statement about personal relationships with clients.

Dr Strow is great and so is the entire office. Very kind and attentive. I’ve even texted Dr Strow at night over a concern and she is quick to respond. Not to many doctors go above and beyond like her. Definitely a caring doctor and staff

Spent barely 5 minutes with me. No body exam and said everything was sun damage. Nurse had to bring her back to room because I still needed areas examined. Very poor customer service and I have insurance and paid co pay up front.

Dr. Strow has been my doctor for over 20 years. She has ALWAYS taken her time with me and actually CARES about me and my family. When she was out for awhile I had to see another derm and it was not good. Both my kids go to her as well. It does take awhile to get in as new patient, but you can be on a cancellation list and they will get you in within a couple weeks, if not that week, depending on the situation. Brenda & Barb, her assistants, are so friendly and FUN! They help my visit go smooth and are always available for questions. I almost like to have to go just to chat it up with all of them

I have visited Dr Strow from time to time during the last 20 years and that alone would indicate that I believe she is a great doctor. She is obviously quite busy but still allows ample time for my problems and is always very pleasant. I have sent 3 people to her and all of them thanked me and remained her patients for the past several years. The Staff is very friendly, call you by name and even smile a lot!

It takes a while to get an appointment but the doc and her staff are excellent. I had a prescription problem which the office took care of, found a pharmacy that worked with my insurance and had the script mailed to me.
