Weaver and Sons was founded in 1945 by George L. Weaver, a decorated World War II veteran and Prisoner of War who returned home and established the company with his brother Martin D. Weaver Jr. and father Martin D. Weaver Sr. Today, Weaver and Sons is owned by OMCO Holdings, the largest custom roll former in the United States.
Weaver & Sons is a custom fabricator of components as well complete assemblies. As a vertically-integrated metal custom fabricator, many original equipment manufacturers rely on us to provide a complete sourcing management alternative which helps reduce their inventory costs and allows them to focus on their core competencies.
As a custom fabricator, Weaver & Sons is pleased to offer a wide range of metal fabrication services. We routinely work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum in the form of sheets, plates and shapes.
For more than 70 years, Weaver and Sons has manufactured precision sheet and plate metal components, managing all stages of production from raw stock to finished product. Offering comprehensive machining services, we utilize a 25-ton CNC punch press primarily used on sheet metals. This CNC punch press operation primarily manufactures screen plates and perforated plates.
With our top-notch custom laser cutting services, Weaver and Sons is able to meet precision tolerances down to.005 or closer. Our superior laser cutting machinery is equipped to work with a broad range of materials. We routinely cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum ranging from 24 gage to 5/8 thick.
