Jason called to cancel our previously scheduled appointment for quote and didn't even offer to reschedule. This lack of professionalism resulted in me scheduling with a different company.

I had such a nice time using Jason from Film Solutions! My windows are original to the house. Nothing wrong with them but the sun's heat was really bad. I called a few companies and Jason was the one that stuck out because he knows a lot more about window tinting than the others. He took the time to understand what I needed and recommended the perfect product. I went with his vs30 and I don't feel a bit of heat anymore! He is very picky about his work and I am very happy I used him. I will for sure use him again if I ever move.

Best Glass has relied on Film Solutions for years. We have never met a more knowledgeable, and resourceful person than Jason. Film Solutions will be our first call for any and all of our film or tinting needs.

My husband and I are just getting quotes for window tinting and Jason was rude as both of us couldn't be there due to my work schedule. While he was there my husband called me on speaker so I could join in the conversation and explain what was wanted and again Jason was rude when I answered the phone with them, saying this is why I need both of you here. Again, that isn't always possible and behaving in an unprofessional manner certainly doesn't earn our business. We will be going elsewhere.

We contracted with Film Solutions to apply a heat- and light-reduction film on the glass sliding doors at the back of our house. We also were seeking increased privacy from nosy neighbors. We looked at 3M films, too, but ultimately we chose a Vista film due to better color and a transferable residential warranty. We just moved to the area and we have a foyer with full windows and the heat coming through those windows was so hot! I called and got three estimates to tint them. We chose Film Solutions because of how professional & friendly Jason was. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we wanted. He didn’t try to oversell us. We contacted Jason to help us with a front entryway door window issue. He met with us to fully understand our problem and proposed a great solution. We conveniently ordered tinting samples, made a final choice and Jason professionally installed the film on six odd shaped window panes. His work was off the charts terrific and our front door looks spectacular!

This October, Jason of Film Solutions replaced just over 1,000 sq. ft. of window tinting in Cincinnati Christian University's library. The difference our new tinting makes is incredible. Jason does exceptional work at affordable prices. I would highly recommend to others in the area!

Ok, so Jason is a bit of a window tinting science geek, which Hubby and I totally appreciate!! He can even explain it in terms I (a non-sciency, more on the artsy end) can understand. When we look out our windows we don't even notice them. I can still see the beautiful sky, the moon etc... Best of all, my air-conditioning gets to wait a few… extra hours to turn on in the spring when it's warm in the evenings. I can't wait to see how much our energy bills go down this summer. Jason is great to work with, the films are a wonderful, energy saving and aesthetically pleasing addition to our home

Thanks to Jason and the Vista Enerlogic film, my Florida room is now cooler in the summer and remains cozy and warm (and usable) in the winter. I had no idea that the same film could accomplish both of those things. If that wasn't great enough, I got the added bonus of a tax credit.

Our house has a lot of windows. The original owners tinted all the windows and skylights with a cheaper brand of film. By the time we bought the home 12 years later, all the windows had a purple hue, and several of them had a cloudy, crackled appearance. Jason and his crew put up scaffolds for all our higher windows and skylights, scraped off all… the old film, installed the new film, and then cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell they’d been there—except, of course, that our views are now unobstructed and I no longer have to worry about my new cork floor fading. This company is a one-man show. The owner is the sales person that comes to your home for an estimate as well the installer. He is very knowledgeable about window tint and can communicate the differences between films effectively. He was meticulous about the installation.
