And let me tell you I just wanted to get my baby home but what I didn’t know that God was sending us a true team of Angels. I called the number on google and was given another phone number for Laurie. The first person I spoke with was very helpful but told me to call Laurie as she is the boss. When I reached Laurie she barely let me say the reason I was calling and told me "not interested" dismissively. Tip to the owner: If you do not provide a service then the website should not state you do. Also, you should treat everyone with respect and they will likely return to your business in the future.

Very poor experience with this company. Had already negotiated that they would post my son's bond. When I went to sign the paperwork, my sister and I were casually chatting when Laurie asked us to be quiet so she could concentrate, as if we were children. My sister felt offended so she left the building. Laurie then asked if she would be the one making payment to which I replied, "I would hope not since you were rude to her." We were then asked to take our business elsewhere. Unsure whether or not this was racially motivated, but it was in very poor taste and unprofessional. Not only will I NOT

These wonderful people rescued went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and myself. We got cheated by another bond company and I called them in my moment of distress and Laurie was kind, helpful and assured us things would be fine. We did not pay a dime for their professional care; it was given to us free. We will never forget these wonderful people. Laurie is heaven-sent. She is the most professional, honest and helpful bonds person I met. My cousin was in a tough situation and her charge was not small. We needed a bonds person and we needed them right away. We did not know the process since none of us have been in this situation. Laurie Poole went above and beyond to help my Man get out of jail. I really appreciate everything she did to help us. It was really nice to feel like I had someone on our side to fight for us! She has a very compassionate heart and soul and that was reflected in how she cared for us. She kept in constant touch with me, always kept me updated, and even met with the judge to help us out. She knows what she is doing, is very good at her job and worked very fast. I wish all bail bonds people behaved the way she does. I would give her more stars if they were available.
