They were awesome! I purchased a beautiful desk and chairs from B & H. The staff that delivered my order were courteous, caring and went above and beyond to make sure that I was totally satisfied (they even set up my computer!). Ryan was incredible! He held my hand (so to speak) throughout the entire process. I'm already purchasing more furniture from them as I'm typing this! I was astounded by the amount of solid, attractive furniture I found here. The place is bigger than it looks! I went in for a couple chairs and found lovely things to furnish my entire office, at at extremely fair pricing. The store is clean and well organized and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful, exactly the Good People you expect in Rockford. I wish I could recommend them higher than 5 stars. B & H Office Furniture on Broadway has endless quality inventory! I called and Sean measured, took photos, and sent pics of the furniture I was interested in, so I didn't waste a trip. They were just what I wanted, so I came to the store and was overwhelmed with their massive selection! Very nice and capable men delivered my furniture on the day of my choice. B & H is practically a Rockford institution and family owned. It's a wonderful place to do business!
