Services
DeVore Design can help plan and produce video content to showcase your brand. This service includes planning and strategizing the content you would like to deliver, field production and post production services. We can plan a single video, or we can help plan a series of videos. A dedicated cinematographer is assigned to the project, with a backup cinematographer selected to ensure availability.
DeVore Design has a state-of-the-art photo studio in the heart of Orlando, offering professional headshot photography for individuals and groups. Our headshot photography is combined with content photography and branding templates. Levering the latest in technology, we can photograph you at our climate-controlled studio in various settings including Downtown Orlando, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Winter Park and more.
DeVore Design offers full-service home staging including vacant staging and occupied staging. Our staff has the experience to transform your properties into compelling spaces that are designed to produce results. Our objective is to make your staged properties feel like home. We do not distract potential buyers with our logos and branding, instead we make your listing the star of the show.
Preparing a home for listing is an arduous process, and we know that sellers don't always have the time to prepare their homes. DeVore Design alleviates this challenge with our Occupied Staging service. This service consists of two components, the "initial consultation" and the "photo day follow up".

Wow! Just WOW! Clay, Chelsea and Shalea did a fantastic job staging and photographing our new construction town home project in Lake Fredrica. DeVore Design was beyond 5 stars. Clay, our photographer, was prompt in arriving. He took his time, answered all our questions, and made the process easy. He clearly knew what he was doing. However, we were not prepared for how exceptional our finished product would be. Our house looks incredible. Clay picked beautiful angles and the editing team made it look it's best. The video was smooth and masterfully done. HOWEVER the PRICE... for what you get, you cannot beat this. SO grateful for Devore and their incredible service, price, and product. THANK YOU DEVORE!

I have lived in Orlando area for over 38 years and have done business with a lot of companies. Recently I was referred to DeVore Design by a co-worker from Disney. He encouraged me to check with DeVore Design to market my home. Wow, am I glad that I hired them! I am a pretty demanding customer. I expect quality, service AND price and I got it all! I have been in the real estate business for 4 decades and have never had a better experience with a photography team. Vic and Brandy do tremendous work and I hired them to provide a full photography package (images, video and 3D Tour) for my personal residence. We had 4 offers in a week and sold for full price. Every person who either called or toured the home talked about the pictures and video. I credit Vic and Brandy's work with the success we had selling our home.
