At first they were Friendly Reps, and the Branch manager was willing to help me open my new account....
Fast forward to last week I applied for refinancing with the bank who receives all income. Yet they stated they need proof. Umm.. what else you need. Then get approved and the darn payment is 115.00 higher than what I was currently paying. Wasn’t even worth running my credit. Me and my little 682 credit score went to SECU and I’m currently paying 2% rather than the large amount, that they tried to make me pay. I guess I’ll be moving my money there. My thoughts Just shut them down already

Customer service is unprofessional. Watch your money when banking with Del One. Twice I’ve had money deducted from my account due to the banks own errors. The last one happened a few weeks ago when the bank charged me for a withdrawal that I never got. For some reason they denied the withdrawal when there was more than enough money in my checking account to cover it. I called customer service to complain about it and the rep(KaylaI believe her name was) told me I was lying about not getting money from the atm. I am so pleased with with the service I received today.
