Services
This program is designed to help build your child physically, mentally and socially, with additional parent/child interaction without any interruption from phones, doorbells, or other children and/or distractions. See additional notes below. In these classes, children are presented with age appropriate movement challenges.
Cheerleading has grown into a very popular sport. It has only been recently that cheerleaders have been referred to as athletes as opposed to participants. Because of the increased interest in this sport, we offer professional cheerleading instruction emphasizing safety awareness and proper teaching of modern cheerleading techniques and skills.
Our tumbling classes consist of one hour of instruction on the floor exercise mat, foam floor (spring also, ) trampoline, tumble tracks, and various mats. Students will learn drills and skills to help them master basic tumbling elements including (but not limited to the following) - cartwheels, round offs, backbend kickovers, back walkovers, and back handsprings.
ALL BOYS Classes- Boys gymnastics classes consist of one hour of instruction on olympic size gymnastics apparatus including single bars, trampoline and tumble track, the floor exercise, vault, rings, and other specialized equipment. Conditioning and strength training is also incorporated with the above mentioned equipment and curriculum.

Some years ago my daughter started cheerleading at this place. Few months later my grandfather passed away. We had to go out of state for his home going service and this place kicked my daughter off the cheerleading squad because she couldn’t attend practice. I explained to them my grandfather passed away and the person on the phone told me even when hers passed away she had to still be at douglasville gymnastic. Then they sent out a mass email with me included as a recipient, and said to remove my daughter from the roster. This was actually the second time I’d given this place a try. The first

We absolutely LOVE this gym! My daughter has grown exponentially and every teacher is GREAT with the kids! Watching the older girls and how great their skills are is proof of how knowledgeable the staff is, as well. Even though only one adult per student is allowed to watch right now, it hasn't been a problem. My husband and I just take turns watching. Its so great that they are even allowing parents to watch! I know of a couple dance studios right now who aren't even letting a parent in at all to watch with their covid precautions in place. I 100% recommend this gym!!

My wife and I came to watch my daughter at her cheerleading practice, but were told they were only allowing 1 parent per child to watch.
This wouldn’t have been an issue, except for the fact that none of the other kids had parents watching.. so it wasn’t about a capacity issue.
Our daughter was extremely disappointed, and due to this experience, we definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Good place nice people works there my girls been in this douglasville gymnastic and CHE for more then 4 years now we hade much fun the gym in good place and the coaches are good and nice with the kids they do great job training the girls . the best thing I love is that my girls happy to be there they love it .

My daughters have gone here for a couple of years now and they really enjoy it. Their teachers are patient and you can tell they enjoy working with children. What's more, the front desk staff are always pleasant and courteous, making sure to greet each person as they enter. If you're looking for a gymnastics facility in this area, look no further.
