Unbelievable customer service. It seems impossible nowadays to get as little as a response from any trade or service company. Being in the service industry myself, I know the frustrations first hand. That was absolutely not the case with Lake Norman Sewer and septic! I can’t say enough how refreshing it was when Spencer and Jamie arrived to clean out our tank. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They will be my go to for any and all septic needs in the future! Thank you Lake Norman Sewer and Septic!

Pump out septic tank. We are new to area and never had a septic system. Technicians explained how the septic system worked. Very knowledgeable. Showed me how to clean the filter system. Very nice and polite,. Fast service. Called when on their way. Very fair price. Most definitely will use again and highly recommend.

Spencer and Aaron serviced our septic system and they were awesome. They did a great job of explaining what was being done and provided feedback on how our system was running. They were professional and knowledgeable.
We then had Gavin and Colby come by that same day to install risers and they were the dynamic duo! They were very informative as well and made every effort to ensure my satisfaction while doing an excellent job.
I highly recommend Lake Norman Septic and make sure you ask for Spencer and Aaron or Gavin and Colby!
