Started in 2020 by Dr. Cory Maughan, Providence Dermatology is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing Dermatology Centers for the Logan and Brigham City areas. Our highly-skilled skin dermatologists and estheticians are trained and certified in a wide range of skin health treatments, from filling in wrinkles to Mohs skin cancer treatment.
We understand that "life" happens and that some things are unforeseeable. We ask that you do your best to notify us of a cancellation with 24 hours notice so that we may accommodate those waiting to see Dr. Maughan or other staff members. The first cancellation without notice will be forgiven, however, subsequent occurrences will be assessed a $75 administrative fee.

Eczema is a skin rash that can flare up on all parts of the body.

I came in to have a small wart removed on a toe. All staff was really friendly and I was in and out quickly. However, I am extremely frustrated. At my second visit I was told that they checked my insurance and it was going to be a 35$ co pay. Great! I’m fine with that. I’d be fine if they’d even said it would be 100 or told me the cost of what needed to be done but I specifically asked if there were going to be any other fees or expenses I need to be aware besides medication that was prescribed to me and I was told no that that’s all it would cost. A few weeks after that visit I found out

This was a fantastic experience from the moment we stepped into the office. The office staff was friendly and fast helping us fill out all the forms. Once the forms were completed we were taken to the exam room… no waiting 😊 Then we received our exam from Dr Heather Allred. She was thorough and totally pleasant as well as professional. This office and Dr Allred are highly recommended.

Our entire family has been to Providence Dermatology to see Dr. James. We have had a great experience. Our teenagers have been in several times each and we are always able to be seen at our scheduled time without a wait. Dr. James answers all of our questions and makes everyone feel comfortable. The entire staff at the office has been great!

I had an experience at another dermatologist regarding hair loss and treatments a week ago and it was TERRIBLE!!! But at providence dermatology the experience was really great. The guy who saw me (Dr Maughan) was very knowledgeable about all of the causes/treatments for hair loss that applied to me and laid out ALL of the possible ways for me to look into fixing it based on what I gave him. It was super easy to understand what he was saying and he didn't act at all like my hair loss was unimportant to me (unlike rocky mountain dermatology) and was willing to listen to what I had to say. Really friendly and accommodating staff, and Dr. Maughan and Dr. James our professional and knowledgeable yet easy to talk to regarding questions about your visit. I appreciated the time they took to resolve any concerns or apprehensions regarding any medical procedures.
The reception area and procedure rooms are clean and orderly.
The receptionist’s were really flexible to work with on scheduling appointments that worked with my schedule.
Overall a great experience, and would recommend them to any of my family or friends.
