Our mission at Strong Studios is to use dance to build confidence in young people of all ages and abilities. In 2007 I had the opportunity to take over my childhood dance studio. Even as a young dancer, I knew my studio was a huge part of building my sense of discipline, tenacity, love of community, physical fitness, and that it gave me so much confidence.
As an adult, I recognize that I can help recreate this for a new generation of kids and families. Teaching over 12 styles of dance in group and private settings with a proven and world-renowned method of pedagogy, we proudly offer Cypress' only non-profit dance Academy.

Services
Strong Studios is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create confident children who also become great dancers! Like many studios, we are doing our best to stay open for the children and their families we love to serve. Rising expenses to maintain safe operations, retain our team without layoffs or furloughs, and provide safe digital shows are things our 40% reduction in revenue aren't able to combat.
Are you looking to rent studio space? RENTAL RATES AND DETAILS Submit your rental inquiries within a minimum of 7-days in advance to confirm studio spacing and staff availability. All three studios have been newly renovated and include built in ballet barres, as well as sprung flooring for the long-term safety of our instructors, dancers, and guests.
Thank you to Strong Studios! Nina was so excited to see all her dance friends as well as talk to them for a bit. It made her so happy to still feel apart of her dance community and is really enjoying these classes and chats online. We can't thank you and the teachers and staff at Strong Dance Studios enough for all you're doing for our kids.
Your one-time $30 registration fee is due upon enrollment, followed by an annual registration fee of $15. This annual registration is applied in the month of January every year. 10 stars if possible. Where do I begin between the amazing staff and inviting accommodations? We've only attended 4 classes, but I feel like we've been there for years.
My 4 yo woke up one day and decided she must go to ballet, so much so that I arrived home to a toddler all decked out in a thrown together outfit ready to go to class. Unfortunately, I found wait lists or closed studios due to Covid. She was dissapointed, but we agreed I'd find a class the next day.
Somehow I came across Strong Dance and what a GEM! It was so last minute, I called and sent a text at 345 to see if a class was open

Have been with Strong Dance Studios for a little under a year. We started when my daughter was in kindergarten and she loved trying different classes to see which teacher and/or dance class she wanted to learn. Teachers respect each student by addressing every single of of the dancers as "Miss __". With mutual respect and love, the students love the teachers and the teachers genuinely care for all their dancers and the families.
