Took my winter coat there, it was a Guess coat. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready, then got a phone call the next day that they had lost one of the buttons. They offered to replace the buttons with similar buttons. The buttons they put on it were cute buttons but not even the same color button and no longer had the brand on the buttons. Found more similar myself online. I Questioned them about discount for the inconvenience which they wouldn't give me. The lady said I now have "an excuse to go get matching boots". Gee thanks! Definitely won't be back!

I dropped off maybe 20 dress shirts to Aone cleaners. Questions about their services were met with brief and short answers which were entirely unhelpful. The clerk was rude and abrasive as well as extremely slow to the counter. I requested my dress shirts be laundered and hung. I came back, two days later and find all of my shirts had been folded and wrapped in plastic wrap?
I took them home in sheer confusion, only to call back and request to speak with the manager. She apologized profusely, and said she would make things right. Mistakes happen, I'd like to think I'm reasonable so I gave them
