Had a wonderful session with Natalie who is super knowledgeable, helpful, and intuitive. Great conversations with Gina and an outdoor park session. I was just stopping by while in Livonia and am so thankful for the grounding and centering energy of the space. There is also an awesome boutique with locally made items! Thanks Breathe!

I am so disappointed in this place. I really enjoyed going there before. I will not go back nor will I recommend it anymore since you made the decision to ignore the health Dept covid orders and continued to hold
In person classes and not wear or require masks while other businesses chose to follow the public health requirements. For a place that preaches health you don’t care about the public’s health. I know you don’t care about my money or my health and like many other places I choose to not spend my money at businesses that don’t think the public health is worth caring about.

My first class at Breathe Yoga Salt was over 2 years ago and I frequent this studio often. The facility is beautiful, clean, serene, and has the added benefit of halotherapy to aide with respiratory issues. Reyna is an amazing instructor who helps guide you through your yoga practice in a calm, intuitive way. I love that she holds such a strong value for the breathwork of yoga, that is sometimes forgotten in today's "Western way" of yoga. The mind, body, spirit connection felt here is great and I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and at peace 😌

Very nice studio, but I am unable to practice yoga here despite buying a new member unlimited package because they aren’t willing to wear masks in the studio and do not require their customers to wear masks in the studio, either. Not only is this socially irresponsible during the third and largest peak of COVID-19 to date, it is also a huge public health risk. This is unacceptable.

Updating to 5 stars based on owner’s response!
Could be 4.5-5 star-worthy, but it’s not. The yoga is pretty good, there are a variety of classes to choose from, it’s fairly affordable, and it’s very clean. Here’s the catch: there are screaming children playing in the salt room next to the yoga studio. Taking a Yin class when kids are screaming and throwing rock salt around is not relaxing. Close to a dealbreaker for me, but I like the teachers and the classes work with my schedule.

I live only a quarter mile away from this place and had been so excited to try it when construction began in January. I finally went to my first class a month ago with Laurie and it was truly life changing. The staff was so very kind and gave me a full tour. The facility is impeccably clean- which is very important to me. The atmosphere really does help ease your mind and stress and I felt the effects up to days afterwards. I bought a class/ lounge package today and am looking forward to more opportunities to be in this space! P.S.- if you are worried about cost as a barrier, they run really good

It's a long drive for me to get there but it's so totally worth it! The yoga classes cater to all levels and abilities, plus the halotherapy during class makes you feel amazing afterwards. The salt floors are heated in the winter to make you feel warm and cozy. They also have amazing community classes and workshops. Highly recommend!!

Salt lounge was excellent! The yoga was pretty good, however, the room was chilly and very bright and distracting since it has multiple store front windows.
Would be far more relaxing if the windows were covered completely and the room was warmer. Some of the best yoga classes I’ve taken are VERY DIM lighting (almost none) and often have battery operated candlelight. It’s far more relaxing and easier to “get in the right frame of mind” when the temperature is warmer and lighting is soothing rather than bright and distracting by seeing cars and people go by the glass windows.
