I just went to my first appointment there, and I love them! My old dentist kept canceling my appointments without telling me, and I would be on hold for like an hour, so I looked for a new one and wanted to find one with good reviews. This one is about an hour from where I live, but I figured I would go for it if it was really good. And it was a good call. They clearly want to make sure that you're comfortable.
