This company was amazing! I called 3 others with no luck before calling them. They were so quick to show up and help and very friendly. Handled everything for me and allowed me to go home and get out of the heat. My car was delivered to the Chevy House with no issues and everything went great! I really appreciate the assistance and professionalism!

My daughter in law/son called this company to tow my vehicle that was sitting in their driveway because they we're mad at me I was supposed to come and get my car the next day from their house Do tow companies come get cars for this reason with no charge for free? The front desk lady was very rude to me she didn't want to hear my story.

By far the worst experience I have had in my life. They not professional at all. This lady Sara has no type of customer service or manners at all. She hung up on me 3 times she was screaming at me and she sounded like she didn't have any teeth. There prices are outrageous. This place is such a dump. I don't know why the police even uses them. Maybe with all the money they take from people they can buy her some teeth and manners.

They should call this place highway rip off instead of towing . They towed my sons car from a wreck and wanted to charged 600$ . They driver and office personal is very rude and over priced i wouldn't recommend using highway towing. If you wanted to use a good towing company you should try isaacs or crow they seam to be a lot better towing company
