Services
I use alot of different shops over the road, but its nice to find a shop with real mechanic's who KNOW what they are doing! We just had an employment related experience with Keilers. My husband had an interview and decided to accept a position elsewhere. He called to let them know and Brian called him back to ask what he could offer better for future applicants.

We had trouble with our camper in route to a park in Wisconsin. Unlucky to have trailer troubles but lucky to be near Kieler Service Center. Not only did they fix the trailer they also double checked the truck given the problem with trailer brakes. They found and fixed the truck issues too. We also were surprised to get a call back a few hours after leaving to check in us and the fix. If live anywhere close by, you should take your business here.

Showed up 10 minutes before they opened. Waited over an hour and they still haven’t opened the truck wash. I called again “the guy was a little late getting here but should be here any minute” 30 minutes later still nothing. 4 trucks have just said heck with it and left. Not a way to run a business. Never go back again.

Brian and Nate couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They did a quick emergency bandaid on our RV. They were very pleasant and professional and had us back on the road with a minimum delay.

We just had an employment related experience with Keilers. My husband had an interview and decided to accept a position elsewhere. He called to let them know and Brian called him back to ask what he could offer better for future applicants. He was genuinely interested in what it took to make his business a better place to work. This says a lot to me, as a business manager and a consumer, about the way this company conducts themselves. That is truly rare. If are this respectful with potential employees, I can only imagine how they are with employees and clients. I wish I was a mechanic, I'd be running
