We had trouble with our camper in route to a park in Wisconsin. Unlucky to have trailer troubles but lucky to be near Kieler Service Center. Not only did they fix the trailer they also double checked the truck given the problem with trailer brakes. They found and fixed the truck issues too. We also were surprised to get a call back a few hours after leaving to check in us and the fix. If live anywhere close by, you should take your business here.

Showed up 10 minutes before they opened. Waited over an hour and they still haven’t opened the truck wash. I called again “the guy was a little late getting here but should be here any minute” 30 minutes later still nothing. 4 trucks have just said heck with it and left. Not a way to run a business. Never go back again.

This says a lot to me, as a business manager and a consumer, about the way this company conducts themselves. That is truly rare. If are this respectful with potential employees, I can only imagine how they are with employees and clients. I wish I was a mechanic, I'd be running
