Gary & his crew at Mountain Mechanical have been very helpful and professional to work with. When we purchased our home in Polson our HVAC was in need of replacement. Gary helped us make small repairs to extend the use of the old HVAC unit and eventually replace it with a new system. His crew was always very professional and courteous, and the new install was planned and executed to ensure our family will be comfortable for our first Montana winter. I would highly recommend Mountain Mechanical for any HVAC repair, maintenance or new install job!

Gary and his team did an excellent job installing AC in our home in Polson MT. They arrived per their schedule and completed the installation in one day. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Gary Burton, the owner was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. His guy came out and diagnosed an issue with our furnace and said they'd be back within week to fix it. Didn't show up for 2 weeks...had to call multiple times to follow-up. Finally decided we needed to go with professionals that might have a clue how to treat a customer. Would NEVER recommend this business...and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know!!!!!!!!

Gary was phenomenal! He’s Incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. He answered as soon as I called and walked me through the whole process. What I thought was a huge problem turned out to only cost me $3! He was even willing to squeeze me into to his already busy day because of the cold weather. 100% recommend.
