We cater events around the country and create bonds between people and places with simple delicious food. Our kitchen is completely mobile, centrally located in Greenbrier, Arkansas, and can usually be anywhere it needs to be within a day's drive. We utilize commercially available, locally sourced, and wild game products to create meals that people remember.

Ol' Bart Southern Eats was created out of passion and necessity. When Bart Likes started this journey he had lost his mother, his job, and was sure his dog was about to die. It was a true country song playing out in the real world. Like most songs, Bart's path in life had a turning point. He was given an opportunity to cook for 50 outdoor professionals at a private hunting lodge in Arkansas.
We toast up some of our freshly made French bread and then let it relax in our mixture of cinnamon, heavy cream, free range eggs and TX whiskey. Low and slow Compart Duroc pork belly seasoned to perfection with our hot bbq seasoning then finished in a caramelized sweet sauce. Our pork shoulder is cooked low and slow like all good bbq but seasoned with our house seasoning that pairs very well with our vinegar based sauces.

I really loved this place! I'm not a big meat eater so it was definitely outside my comfort zone, but I was so impressed! I got 1/2 a chicken and the cream corn and potatoe salad and it was incredible!!! The meat was so clean and delicious a d the sides are not something you could easily imitate! It was delicious!!!

Food was absolutely fantastic! Place smelled great as soon as walked in. My fiancé got the tacos and I got the El Jefe Smoked potato but were incredible. Portion sizes were large. Great value for the money. They have outside seating available which is nice now that the weather is cooling down. Only thing I would change is maybe offer taqueria sauces for the street style tacos

Awesome place! My son and I had lunch there and were blown away not only with the taste but the quantity you get for the price. Excellent brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Baked beans and potato salad are phenomenal! So much so I went back the next day and got more beans and potato salad just to have at home…

I'm so disappointed in the food and the service that my family and I received at this establishment. We definitely won't be coming back. The food clearly had been sitting out for a while because all of our food was cold. My husband got a brisket baked potato, I got brisket nachos and my three kids got brisket sandwiches. The brisket was cold and was not smoked (at all) and the BBQ sauce was sweet (which I didn't like and no one told us), my cheese dip on my nachos was even cold. But what made matters worse was when my family and I entered, I was very talkative and told the two girls that it was
