Our first stop in looking for a Persian rug, and we decided to look no further — great selection, relaxed atmosphere, and delightful conversation with Shawn who is so knowledgeable. The website is helpful and easy to navigate. We love the antique rug we purchased and highly recommend this shop.

Some extremely kind people work here. I was waiting on my wife to get out of an appointment at La Bella e Famosa, and one of the employees noticed that I had been outside for quite awhile. He was kind enough to bring me out a bottle of water and pass the time with me for a few moments. There’s a good chance we’ll be by the next time we have a rug need. Anyone in the market for a rug should come to Shawn. He's incredibly knowledgeable, his rugs are high quality at the best prices in the state, and the flexibility (free home delivery, ability to see the rugs in your space) made the experience seamless. We had to exchange a rug we bought from him, and he was very gracious about it and brought the swap the same day to our home. The communication and level of customer service were just superb. The person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful. Although I was not able to have my rug repaired, it’s a jute rug which I recently found out that it can’t repaired at all, they still provided exemplary service. Quick to answer my call, positive interaction, very responsive, and is very knowledgeable and self aware of the type of rugs that is within the constraints of the business model.

This place and the owner is Nashville's best kept secret! Not only are these rugs hand knotted, beautiful and pieces of art the owner is one of the nicest people around. He helped me with sizes, pulled out rugs for me to really look at and compare with others but also taught me so much about the looming process and knows his stuff! What an amazing experience shopping for a new rug! I wasn’t sure what to expect and it far surpassed my expectations! Shawn was a pleasure to work with and beyond helpful. He was very mindful of the budget I had set and I never felt like I was being pushed to spend any more than I was comfortable with spending.
