We moved into new home in the last year. We have nephews and nieces visiting our home on a regular basis. I was walking through the hallway and saw the base boards separating from the walls. I then noticed wet carpet in the furthest bedroom down the hall. Upon further inspection I found water in the A/C unit closet. You guessed it, the condensation/water line was clogged. We believe the line was backed up for no longer than two weeks. After getting the situation resolved, I called Restoration 1 of Orlando (on Saturday). Dennis and Rich were at the house that day to survey the damage, make a plan, and provide an estimate. They started the work promptly and restored my two yr. old home to it's like new
