Services
Classes include activities that encourage parent/child interaction and the development of motor skills. This is a fun way to exercise, develop body awareness, learn body positions and enjoy FUN, one-on-one time, with your child. PreK & KinderGym is an introduction to the sport of gymnastics through tumbling, balancing, strength and flexibility exercises.
Parties include one hour of exclusive use of our training facility where our professional staff will accompany kids through obstacle courses, gymnastics instruction, cardio games and more! You will also have access to your very own party room. Let us handle set up and clean up so you can sit back, relax, and celebrate with family and friends!

We are very disappointed at All-Star Athletics and Gymnastics. In early 2020 right before COVID 19 hit us we paid for the semester for our daughter. We only had one lesson before it was closed due to COVID. We asked them to get a refund and was told they can't refund us but can keep the credit for future use. Now we have moved out of town. We are told that we can not get our money back. This is a steal! This company really has bad business ethics. I am going to pursue other avenues to trying to get the refund.

I was getting ready to get out of my car to get my daughter, and she knocked on the window!! I was in shock, so I asked the parents next to me, did they just let her out. They couldn't believe it either. I was on the other side of the parking lot, and shes 4. I go to the door to address this, and they made it sound like it wasn't a big deal and that it was her fault for saying her father was out there.

My 3 year old daughter goes here, she loves it! However, upon pickup this past Monday, I had a woman that is part of the staff get into my business about ongoing custody matters with my 3 year old daughter. I feel as if that is completely unprofessional and the way she approached me was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I'm glad my daughter enjoys her tumbling class, but the staff needs to work on being more professional and not putting parents on the spot about personal issues in front of other staff/parents as it is very inappropriate. The staff are amazing. The programs are reasonably priced and competitive. My daughter feels like she can talk to the instructors about any technique she’s struggling with. They are always critiquing in a positive way that motivates her. Lots of recreational activities for the kids to do as well. The staff, instructors and coaches are very accessible which makes them so easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Fun, friendly and AFFORDABLE!!!!.... All Star Athletics and Gymnastics coaches and staff genuinely care about their gymnast. They are dedicated to making sure our kids reach their full potential, excel in their abilities and work hard....all while having fun at the same time!

All Star Gymnastics offers a strong and focused course of gymnastic conditioning for your child. Our daughter has been a member here for almost three years and has benefited enormously from Miss Chris and her disciplined program. The coaches she has assembled are highly committed, knowledgeable and motivated. The families are supportive. The facility itself is well-maintained year round and it's ideally located near the Parkway West, making access quite easy.

The owner and coaches at All Star Athletics have a focus on the individual needs of their gymnasts. The girls who compete are placed where they can be most successful which helps to build confidence in the girls.
Regardless of if the gymnast is taking recreational classes or on a competition team, the coaches promote hard work and what it means to really be a team member. Both are skills they can take with them no matter where they go.
The gym is well respected in the USA Gymnastics community and our teams are welcomed anywhere we go. Many girls transferred from other gyms because of the reputation
