The Home Owners take great pride in their vacation homes. They strive to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience for you and yours to have a wonderful getaway or vacation. In return, they want our guests to show them the same respect by taking good care of their homes. At BLVR, we do everything reasonably possible to satisfy the home owner and the guests.
If You have purchased a Waivo Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
On behalf of Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $1,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

We are cabin owners and have had a wonderful experience renting our cabin through Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals. In the nine years we have worked together, our experiences with them have always been extremely positive and professional. They always made sure that everything at our cabin was maintained, well cared for and clean. Communication was very open, and they always told us about issues before they became problems. Our July 2018 rental was Lake Escape. The house was ready upon arrival at the rental office. Floor plan of house really suited us. Master bedroom was on main level with a king size bed, nice walk-in shower; bath also opens to living area for guests. Great Kitchen, big laundry room, and living room on this level. Kitchen had really nice appliances and dinnerware. Covered deck up here is great!
Lower level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bath with a tub/shower. There is also a very small room with a bunk bed in it, and it is really small. The living area downstairs has a pool table. Covered

The house we rented next to beaver lake was good, and as promised. My problem with BLR is their policies for renting a house... at more than $200 a night, I don't think I should be threatened with "Extra charges" if I don't clean the place whenIi leave. This isn't me borrowing a friends house for the week; I PAID for the rental, I think you can take out the trash and gather the bath towels without charging me to do it. Frankly, cheap $50 hotels don't ask you to take out the trash when you leave, and a $200 night hotel comes in and cleans each day....I've rented
