This is the 3rd review I have ever done, but unfortunately our medical system is broken and this place does nothing to help. I really liked this place the first couple times I went; however, over time, I dealt with rude front office staff, poor communication and situations where I felt like just a way for them to make money. I needed a form completed to finish my foster care certification--it was 1 page and had 5 questions on it. Even though I was an established patient, they made me come in for an office visit. Then they charged me $150 to fill out the form. To top it off, they did not code it

I’ve been a patient of this office for many years. Loved seeing Dr. DeNell and appreciated him going the extra mile for his patients.
Recently this office has gone hill. I live out of town and my appt. (booked out almost 3 weeks in advance) was flagged/canceled without being brought to my attention due to covid regulations. I filled out my paperwork online Thursday, appt was following Monday. I drove all the way to this office to be seen by my doctor, with negative covid test in hand and still denied care.
The receptionist informed me she saw the red flag, but didn’t call. They were too busy

This office used to be great, and Dr. Webb and Majerus are good doctors (and they still are). Usually I would put up with the long wait times during visits, and hold times when I call. That's kind of how medical care goes. But the rudeness I've experienced on several occasions during the past few years has compelled me to find another office. There's a group of people or perhaps just one bad egg who is poisoning the office. There are people there who I like a lot, so it's really a bummer. But I'm not putting up with the way they've been treating me and my family the past two years.

Just love Primary Care Partners. All their staff is very nice. Just love the way no matter who you deal with there that they explain what there doing and why. Easy to get your appointments and no long waiting periods in the waiting room. I also love that I get my lab work done there not worrying about another place to go. They are great at follow up calls as needed. Love my PA Ashley Gunderson she really listens to me and cares about what I say. I would highly recommend this place.

I had no problems and a great experience at this office until they wouldn’t get a referral to a neurologist. I was told they sent off a referral to a neurologist however after 2 weeks the neurologist office said they never got it so I assumed there was mix up with the fax, after calling and leaving 7 messages 2 of which were with the receptionist, sent a portal message and emailed the nurse I never got a response or a second referral sent over. After speaking with the nurse manger stating my problem was them ignoring me and not sending over a second referral her only response was “well our

Many of our family members are patients here. We love Dr Rachel Blake, her nurse Jennette, along with the other doctors , nurses and staff! They take time to listen to all your concerns, answer all questions and explain everything thoroughly! Very professional , knowledgeable , and trustworthy! When we've needed a specialist, we've always been referred to the best! We wouldn't go anywhere else and trust them with all our health needs!

Excellent customer service. Caring staff. Always greeting you with a smile. They take to time to listen to your needs, appointments are easy to schedule and they make you feel that you are a priority. I have been a patient at Primary Care Partners for over 35 years. This is an awesome clinic. The medical providers are professional, courteous, and have excellent follow up. The clinic staff are friendly and efficient. My families been coming to this clinic for over 30 years and we have received awesome care. We Raised three children in this clinic. The clinic has telehealth visits, electronic check in, and expanded hours. It’s super convenient. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the Lincoln Nebraska area.
