This was my first time setting up my own car insurance and Vincent was super helpful! I’ve been through other companies & Vincent has been the only one to “dumb-it-down” for me to comprehend. Stepping into the adult world is a little scary but he made this process super smooth and easy for me. We have been with State Farm for years but our current agent was hard to get in touch with. We reached out to Mike and he made the switchover easy! As soon as we found out that he was also able to help us refinance our home, I asked if we could talk more about it. He set up an appointment that was convenient and called me and explained the process without any pressure. Once we decided to move forward, again he guided us and informed us along the way. I am pleased with Mike as our agent and wished we would have swapped over sooner!

Mike and his team did a fantastic job on getting my wife and I refinanced. They were punctual, personable, and diligent in getting us processed through so that we could switch from a 30 year loan to a 15. We're excited to get our house paid off ASAP.
