One of the most unprofessional salon services I have come across. They booked my appointment and when I reached the salon the hairdresser made me reschedule saying she wanted to give me more time. The second time when I reached to the salon at the scheduled time she said she could not take me in.I have a trip coming in 3 days and was depending on them for hair styling. They simply did not want to provide services to a brown person. Would not recommend them at all.

I just left my appointment... look & feel great! After a while with medical issues my hair had not been styled or cared for.... so I was apprehensive about my appointment & if they could handle my mess. I just gotta say it was all wonderful & I feel like a different lady right now. BIG THX to them all!!!

I absolutely love this salon. The ladies are exceptional! They are well educated with new hair techniques. My hair looks fantastic. I’ve been to Holly, Nikki Cool, Danni and Nikki Seek, every time I am happy and look amazing!

I have made three separate appointments at this salon and 2/3 times I have had one booked, I have been called the day of the appointment (within less than two hours prior) only to be cancelled on. The remaining 1/3 time was cancelled a few days before the appointment. The first time was because they scheduled a wedding the same day as my appointment and “forgot to tell me” until an hour before my appointment. The second time was because they accidentally put too many people in my time slot. This last time the owner was supposed to be the one to do my hair, but I was told she was running behind

Owner nikki is rude and this isn't the first time I've heard about her attitude either. Also if you're so proud of your business and put out such a great product why would the owner feel the need to write a review for her own salon lol? I think that's a little tacky and doesn't look good and I wouldn't be surprised if most the reviews on here are from friends and family.

First time I’ve ever been there but the experience was fantastic. Kelly did my hair and eye brows today, and she did great. She was very particular which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue going to Salon Ego in the future. Two thumbs up!! Great job girls!

This is a very nice salon and overall I had a great experience. I was able to get a same day appointment and the person who scheduled me was very pleasant. My stylist, Bianca, was on time and friendly. She went over how I wanted my hair cut, asking several questions so we were on the same page. The shampoo and mini scalp massage was very relaxing. When she wasn't 100% sure on how to proceed with the cut she asked another stylist. Some might see this as a negative but, honestly, I think that is a desirable trait. No one knows everything and the worst thing a stylist can do is give someone a haircut
