I started my Chiropractic adventure some 25 years ago.with an idea that I may be able to adjust the human nervous system in that special way, with just fingers behind the neck hitting the correct bone and allowing the subluxation to be released.

Absolute best chiropractic experience of my life! Dr. Pastrmac is an incredibly skilled and gifted doctor. I have had neck and back problems since I was 14 and he has addressed my pain in such a unique and brilliant way. I agree with the person that said he is the spine whisperer! The knowledge he has is mind blowing. He is so precise with every adjustment and he NEVER rushes. I live in Los Angeles and I drive an hour every week to receive the best chiropractic care in California! So grateful to have found him!

I’m so glad to have found Dr. P! I’ve been to several different chiropractors before him but never got long term results. I’ve been going to Dr. Pastrmac’s for about a month now and I’ve noticed my lingering hip pin that no one else could correct nearly gone. He’s thorough and always checks my X-rays before each adjustment. Definitely excited to see the changes to come in the following months and being pain free!

I had been suffering from severe lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain for the last 10 months.
I wasn't able to sleep, walk or stand for a long time. I tried therapeutic massage, acupuncture, and different chiropractors. Nothing fixed my pain. I found Dr. Pastrmac on yelp. On my first visit, he took X-ray and found a Slip disc in the lower back. Every time he adjusted my spine, my pain felt better. His treatment was amazing. Also I was treated with respect and compassion.
I have been happy with the care and follow up that I have received and would recommend Dr.Pastrmac to anyone else

I second the reviewer that says Dr. Pastrmac is a spine whisperer! I was having terrible low back pain post-baby, and my PT and chiro said to stretch it more. Well, it was actually my SI joints out of alignment! Dr. P took a look at my lower back as I lifted each leg up, and saw right away what needed to be fixed. After a few subsequent flareups, my SI joints don't get out of whack very easily anymore. And, in addition, Dr. P handles all the general neck and back aches, as well as soft tissue issues. Dr Pastrmac is the spine bone whisperer! He is absolutely the ONLY chiropractor that can help me and I have been going to chiropractors for many years. Over those years my health slowly

I been to a handful of chiropractors and wasn't getting much better. Then I saw Dr. Pastrmac that knew immediately what was wrong in that my 4th lumbar was causing me all the problems, which no other chiropractor could figure that out. After multiple visits, I feel so much better. I also have a deviated septum in my nose and he is one of the few chiropractors I found that works on that.

I had an appointment for a problem with my neck but walked out of Dr. Pastrmac's office having addressed four more pain spots. I am sitting here the day after, thinking I have to prop myself up with pillows to make comfortable my neck and back, but I don't. I also feel like I should be cracking this one spot in between my shoulder blades and rolling out the crick in my hip and the pain behind my knee with a foam roller but...I don't. I've been to a few chiropractors over the past year and out of all the Dr's I've worked with, Eric was the most thorough and knowledgeable of them all. Most of the chiro's I worked with adjusted me and sent me on the way. Dr. Pastrmac showed me my problem areas that I never knew I had. I'll be coming back for further treatments

Dr. Pastrmac is an extraordinary person and doctor. He knows how to adjust every bone in the spine and is dedicated in getting you the results that you need. I’m a life long chiropractic user. It started as a child after seeing a chiropractor I no longer got sick. I did not tubes in my ears and my overall health improved dramatically.
I was introduced to Dr. Eric Pastrmac 2 years ago and have never felt better. He identified my hips were miss aligned and was able to correct the problem and now I have no issue with pain in my hips nor anywhere stemming from my back.
I see him on regular basis and find my health at its best. I really like knowing that when I get miss aligned that Dr. Eric will be able to correct the problem. Five stars for the artist

All I can say is thank God for Dr. Pastrmac! He has absolutely transformed my back. He approach is far more detailed than other chiropractors I have been to in the past. I had one treatment and consult so far. Everything about Dr. Pastrmac is professional, patient, and patient-centric. He identified the issues I have and explained to me what I see from the x rays. I can't say I feel significant difference so far, but I have no doubt something is improving my baseline. I look forward to the next few months of treatment and the benefits to my overall health.

I found "doctor" Pastrmac on the United Healthcare website listed as an in-network provider, so I made an appointment the same-day. Upon entering, I checked in at the front desk and was shown the office of Dr. Pastrmac where he was in waiting. I knew instantly this was not going to be the place for me. His trashed and thrashed closet of an office was messier and smaller than my 3 year old's bedroom.
His first remark to me was, "So you're here from United Healthcare, huh? I'm just going to tell you that I do not do any paperwork; I only deal in cash."

Chiropractic adjustment can be daunting to the novice, but Dr. P explains exactly what he's doing so that those cracks you're hearing during the adjustments does not get you into a tizzy. It's amazing to see an immediate increase in range of motion and less overall strain in my spinal column. He appreciates and welcomes any questions you may have and I left with a greater sense of well-being! Chiropractic care is part of the journey to better health and Dr. P is one of its greatest advocates.

Just like the other review - their customer service is bad. The lady on the phone was just scheduling an appointment and wasn't really helping. She does not understand what the client needs. I have been to a few chiropractic office in OC and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had.

BE CAREFUL, and do you research. Ask your chriro-person if they practice the "Gonstead" technique, and if they say "yes", as them to explain the benefits. Their answer should be something along the line that the generally taught school of chiropractic is based in TWISITING, which can cause DAMAGE to the musculoskeletal system
