I had an issue at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Mark not only took my call, he walked me through everything that needed to be done and ensured I was taken care of. I have no doubt he will be my first call in the future for any other needs I may have. This should be your first and only call you need to make when looking for someone on your plumbing needs. I had a stain on the ceiling right below my upstairs bathroom which was there when I bought my house, but over the course of a year it grew ever so slightly bigger so I decided to call Mark just to double check I wasn't insane. Sure enough I had a leak somewhere within the wall behind my shower which was very slowly dripping whenever I took a shower which is why I wasn't sure if the stain was getting bigger or not. After finding out what needed to be replaced (a valve and some potentially faulty fixtures) he recommended this could be a perfect opportunity to update my shower fixtures. So after

I called Mark in the morning with no working water heater and by late afternoon Mark had walked me through the decision making, and came to my home and changed out my water heater with a new one.
