In renovating our entire kitchen, the easiest and best service we received was from Tri State Stone. The people we worked with, especially Daniella, were exceptional. They were always punctual and the granite installation was done in a matter of weeks. They gave me a piece of granite to take with me so I could match the back splash. The workmanship was outstanding and the end result is beautiful. They were courteous, friendly and always on time. I am so happy that I picked this company and would recommend them to anyone. It started greats and we put down a 50% deposit on a remanent. Had lots of communication back and forth as our bathroom renovation was progressing. As we got closer to scheduling the installation, we fine tuned the pieces we needed. They came to install and presented us with COD invoice for twice the original price. No revised estimate, no verbal notice of any kind. When I said I would pay 75% of the new total and have to discuss why we were not notified of the new price in advance there was silence and only that they were going to take back all the pieces unless we paid in full right then and

They might want to learn how to hire competent drivers, had one try and run me off the road after failing to stop at stop signs, rode my bumper despite me being over the speed limit, only to almost rear end me as I was making a turn. Needless to say they won't get my nor any of my family or friends business.

Wow, if you're in need of a kitchen or bathroom counter top this place has it all. Such a wide variety of granite, marble, composite, sinks, ect. You'll need at least an hour to see it all, oh, and the staff was amazing.

Solid Gold!!! Everything about Tri-State went way beyond my expectations. From my time in the showroom, to the last installation visit everything was exceptional.
They did exactly what they said they would do, and did it exactly when they said they would do it. No delays, no surprises. Tri-State not only called a day ahead to confirm installation dates, the installers would also call to let me know they were on the way!
Installation was brilliant to watch and extremely meticulous. They leave your home spotless, the only thing left behind was my beautiful, precision cut granite!

Everyone in the company is so nice and very professional,. They go out of there way to accommodate your needs and schedule, and they are so easy to reach! I absolutely love the granite countertop, double sink, baskets, and the sink grids (that keep it from scratching), which we purchased from Tri-State Stone. They actually came in a snow storm to do the installation... i sent them home due to the conditions ...but they came back the very next day and did a perfect job.
Tri/State Stone was highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install countertops.

My wife and I bought a condo in Rockaway NJ about a year ago. We were very happy with it except for the old kitchen counter 1960 vintage.

Fortunately we were referred to Tri-State Stone &Tile. Yesterday a crew of 3 men came and replaced the old formica counters with the most beautiful granite counter. They were quick, clean and friendly.

We could not be happier with Tr-State Stone & tile and the help Terry and Danielle gave us selecting the best granite to match our cabinets etc. They were professional and courteous and very patient with us as we tried to decide on what we wanted

We had a wonderful experience with Tri-State Stone & Tile. Daniella did a great job of helping us pick out the granite color and explaining the renovation process to us. The measurements were exact and the installers did a fantastic job. The customer service was excellent anytime we called with questions. Our kitchen counter and sink look great.
