They charged me $35 for a quote, which I didn't mind, but then he didn't come out at the selected time I was told he would be there and then they still haven't gotten back to me to let me know the specifics of the generic quote they sent me, it was just a random quote. I'm very unhappy with this quote because it lacks specifics and want my money back due to lack of communication. If they can't communicate simple things like quote specifics, then I doubt they can communicate effectively for a job if they are hired to do it. I'm very angry over this.

I discovered a water leak in my backyard the day after Christmas. Looked like a slow steady stream coming up out of the ground. Contacted my local utility company the following Monday who wouldn't even come investigate because the utilities ran through the front yard. Called my builder who came the next day and confirmed it was probably my in-ground irrigation system. Called the contracted installer who wouldn't even answer the phone. My builder told me to look someone up in the yellow pages to come fix it. I called two different companies and got no answer. When I finally called Loves Irrigation

It has been a pleasure dealing with Love Irrigation for the last 15-20 years. My original irrigation system still works great after all these years. I also had the low voltage yard lighting system installed years ago. It also continues to work well and at their suggestion I recently upgraded to the new bulbs which emit more light.

The Love Irrigation crew came quickly, explained exactly what they were doing, did the job quickly, and the cost of the entire operation was surprisingly low. This house is the first I've had with an irrigation / sprinkler system, so I was delighted that the process was both quick, easy, and reasonable in terms of cost.
